Burro – A Lifetime of Faithful Service

Throughout the ages, a traveler and his burro have been a familiar site on the highways and byways of the world. This is not surprising, since burros have always offered mankind a unique opportunity. Whether handling passengers or packloads, the animal’s performance has been outstanding and it’s cost a modest one. Because it is a unique species, the burro eats less than it’s larger relative, the horse. Just as unique, the Burro travel trailer costs less to tow than heavier types of trailers. Both animal and trailer require minimum maintenance and can be used for various purposes. The animal and trailer alike are traditionally held to be long lived. A light-weight Burro Trailer is durable, reliable and easy to tow.

Notice the simple lines and streamlined glossy white finish. The Burro craftsmanship is evident everywhere in our roomy and luxurious seventeen foot model. An extra three inches in height gives added headroom while making the storage areas larger plus the addition of 12″ inches to the width over conventional travel trailers, creates a roomy and inviting living space. Optional sliding windows available on both the 14′ and 17′ 20th anniversary models, create a refreshing cross ventilation which is just perfect for a hot summer night. The dual-shell construction creates added insulation which keeps you warm and cozy in cold weather. As you can see, the Burro seventeen foot model is quite spacious and sleeps several people.

Both table areas easily convert to beds and offer you the best in travel trailer comfort and versatility. Master planning has established a “right place” for everything. Colors chosen by interior designers, spaciousness created by engineers and your valued input has given the Burro 20th Anniversary Models an inviting uncluttered appearance. As an added bonus, our fourteen foot model is a full twelve inches longer than our earlier designs. This along with three inches added to the height, and twelve inches added to the width makes the smaller Burro a great value! Durable quality upholstery covers our full four inch thick seat cushions. The rear table in both models easily coverts from a daytime table to a comfortable full size bed. The forward table also converts to a roomy couch or bed.
