Bertha Creek Campground is in the vicinity of Chugach State Park and is right by the Grant Lake Trail. A tour to Kenai Fjords National Park is worthwhile. Have a great hiking adventure along the Carter Lake Trail and get wet paddling on Bird Creek. As expected Bertha Creek is a wonderful stream that is worth taking a look at. All the water falling down from the sky makes Bertha Creek Campground a wet location; the month of October is the wettest with most of the rain, and the driest of the months is May.
